About Our Deliveries 
We will pick the best delivery service for you based on the size and contents of your order. We offer four different delivery options on orders  over £800: 
–   Up to 25 miles radius of our location  OL6 7BF    = £75
 – 30 – 100 miles  radius of our location = £150
  -110 – 200 miles  radius  of our location = £300
Not sure which delivery service you will be receiving, rest assured – We will be able to advise you on the best option for you when you place your order at the checkout. 
Please be informed that if you want to take advantage of our finance package, we can only deliver to the billing address. Your delivery will always be free of charge on orders over £800 within Greater Manchester only, however that does not mean you cannot customise it.

For your convenience, we can collect the items from you. To do so,  a collection fee up to 25% of the value the returned item will be charged subjects to the type and number of items, and collection address.

PLEASE NOTE : If we attempt to make a delivery and the delivery is unsuccessful due to customers reasons we have the right to charge an undelivered fee of £100 each round.



You have the right to cancel or amend your order before we have dispatched your order through contacting us on ([email protected]). If we have dispatched your delivery, you can return an item within 14 days of purchase/delivery if your item is damaged or faulty. The item should be unused in its original packaging.

If the 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

While we take all reasonable steps to ensure a fast and reliable service, we accept liability for any supplementary costs incurred by customers caused by faulty goods, delays, lost or misreported orders. If there is a problem with any of the items, you have received you should contact us immediately as time is of the essence and we have a very narrow window (48 hours after delivery) in which to effect returns or make claims.

Anything with manufactural wear and tear, for examples scratches on legs/tables or loose threads, loss of pigment in the fabric are covered by the manufactural warranty. Please note that we send images of the problem to our co-partner in turkey, and they decide whether we cover the problem or not.
In order to complete a refund or exchange we require a receipt, proof of purchase, proof of address.

We only offer the manufactural warranty for sofas we are not responsible for coffee tables, dining tables etc. All returns within the 14 days should be in its original condition, not damaged or missing parts.
If you are applicable for a refund once inspected, we will send you an email notification when we receive the returned item. We will then notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, we will refund your credit to your card within 3 to 5 working days, please note we do not refund cash.

If you have a late or missing refund, please check with your bank or credit card account thoroughly as it may be in the process. Once you have done this and you still have not received it, please contact us at ([email protected]).

PLEASE NOTE: We only refund or exchange full price items within 14 days and these do not apply to the sales items. Also we just sell the items we are not responsible for refunds or exchanges, any problems we have to send it to the turkey co-partner before we make decisions as they decide whether they accept the refund, exchange.
